Eligibility Criteria
The interested students to study in Japan for the postgraduate study (Masters or PhD) through fully funded scholarships in Japan, Honjo International Scholarship 2022 in any university of Japan must fulfill the following criteria;
- The Applicant must not be resident of Japan
- The willing students must have a Bachelors/Undergraduate (16-year) or equivalent education for Masters Degree Program Applications
- The Applicants must hold Master (18-year) or equivalent education for the PhD Degree Program Applications
- The Applicant must be under 30 years of age for Masters Degree Program and for PhD Program, he/she must be under 35 years.
- The willing students must be registered in a graduate school in Japan as of April 2022 or are actively applying for an educational course as of April 2022.
- There is no restriction of Grades/Percentage/CGPA but the highest will be preferred.
- The student should have benevolence to work as a potential career plan in his/her home country.
- The student must have an intense understanding of international cooperation and goodwill and must engage as an alumni participant in the activities arranged by the foundation and take part in the network.
- Language Requirement: The student must be able to have a conversation in Japanese language every day. The interviews will be conducted in Japanese language.

- From April 2022 onwards, the payments of scholarship money will be provided.

Honjo International Scholarship 2021 is fully funded with monthly stipend of:
- ¥200,000/month for 1-2 years.
- ¥180,000/month for 3 years.
